Definition of user types

This table defines the types of user of the loans service specifying:

Code of the type of user
Description of the type of user

The code is used in the  matrix of loan policies, in combination with the type of material, to determine which policy to apply to loan the user an item identified in the loans database.

It is stored in the folder def of the user database with the name users.tab
